      • Took an early proof-of-concept to a production-grade multi-tenant generative-AI platform, owning architecture across backend, AI pipeline, frontend, and infrastructure.
      • Architected a pipeline that decomposes layered design files into editable layers and regenerates on-brand ad variants across audience segments and formats.
      • Designed an event-driven processing backbone with queue-based autoscaling workers, keeping API responses immediate while long-running jobs completed asynchronously.
      • Shipped an LLM agent-evaluation suite that turned subjective voice-agent quality into a measurable, regression-testable metric.
      • Owned infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and observability across GCP and Azure, including per-PR preview environments and gated production releases.
      • Designed and rolled out the team's agentic coding workflow — a codified spec-to-merge loop with role-specialised AI agents, enforced review gates, and a written engineering constitution that both engineers and agents are held to.
      • Automated recurring engineering hygiene — CI health triage and flaky-test detection — as scheduled agent runs.
      • Codified the Figma design system into a shared React component library and bound the two with Figma Code Connect, so every design component resolves to its real implementation.
      • Standardised delivery org-wide through an automated deployment process and a centralised template repository, cutting deployment time and resolving cross-team inconsistencies.

      • Led the team delivering a critical TypeScript SDK, driving a refactor that reduced technical debt and improved performance and stability.
      • Built a feature-rich, ChatGPT-style frontend dashboard (React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS) giving users an intuitive, responsive interface for complex data interaction.
      • Architected a comprehensive React UI Kit from the ground up on LexicalJS, React Aria, and Radix UI, ensuring accessibility and design consistency.

      • Designed SpaceCloud (getspacecloud.co) — frontend in React, Next.js and Tailwind CSS; backend on Hasura and NestJS.
      • Acted as team lead on the e-document module, designing the database and backend software architecture (NestJS, PostgreSQL).
      • Maintained and extended the TDPK room-booking system (React, Hasura, Pulumi, Netlify Functions, Auth0, PostgreSQL).
      • Designed and implemented a people-counting system using Cloudflare Tunnel, Raspberry Pi, and IP cameras.
